Real estate is the primary professional focus - development, investment, underwriting, market analysis, and real estate technology. I am completing the UC Berkeley MRED+D and have also studied analytics through Georgia Tech's OMSA.

Alare extends that work into software for property market decisions. Alarune is separate quantitative-market software, published by Alarune LLC. Deep Blue Records holds the music work; Charlie Gomez is the artist.
